Stuffed Burger Wisconsin

Stuffed Burger Wisconsin Style

Stuffed Burger Wisconsin Style – The Dude, from The Dude’s Kitchen n Grill on YouTube asked us to put together a burger, using ingredients from our local area. It is featured under the hashtag Twistedburger. So, I will make a burger with Wisconsin ingredients. I use Wisconsin Colby Cheese and Wisconsin Blue Cheese for these stuffed burgers.

And we feature a burger press from Grillaholics, to make our stuffed burgers.

I did this collab with my good friend, Black Iowa. He lives in Missouri. So in this collab/collab, I’m making a Wisconsin Cheeseburger and drinking a beer from Missouri. Black Iowa will be making a burger with Kansas City, Missouri ingredients. He’ll be drinking a beer from Wisconsin.  The beer I have chosen is from the Boulevard Brewing Company in Kansas City, MO

Our version takes some of our favorite burger toppings – bacon and blue cheese – and turns them into a great stuffing for a grilled burger!  And we top with Wisconsin Colby cheese and caramelized onions. Creating these bacon and blue cheese stuffed burgers is really quite easy to do, using Grillaholics Stuffed Burger Press And it’s a fun (and delicious) twist on your standard burger.

This bacon and blue cheese stuffed burgers are easy to make. You can get creative in making stuffed burgers with your own favorite ingredients!

How do you keep stuffed burgers from falling apart?

It is best to cook any vegetables down and drain them completely before you stuff them in the burgers. Once the stuffing is ready to go, place 2 to 3 tablespoons on half of the patties. You will need to close up each burger without having it burst at the seams, so do not overfill.

Easy on Handling the stuffed burgers

Take it easy on the shaping. When you’re making your burgers, try not to manhandle them, or else you’ll end up breaking the meat into smaller pieces than you have to. We recommend shaping the beef into a vague burger shape with the least amount of handling possible. Or if you’d rather work smarter than harder, you can also use a stuffed burger press like the Grillaholics one we feature.
