Carnivore Salad. Today, we are making a Carnivore Salad– Salads aren’t always known for being the most filling meal. However, this salad will help change that stereotype. For healthy eaters, it will make its way into your weekly rotation. Thanks to hearty proteins and adding your favorite accompaniments. #springsalad2023
I am participating in another great multi-channel collab, Spring Salad 2023 – #springsalads2023. This collab is hosted by my good friend Ginger at Not for Nothing Homestead (@notfornothinghomestead)

Carnivore Salad
Spring Salad 2023 is all about making your favorite salad and sharing it with everyone out on YouTube land. We all know how to make the ordinary salad of lettuce, tomato, and onion. So we are all branching out and preparing specialty salads that may be slightly different than your everyday garden salad.

Carnivore Salad
I will be preparing Salad as a Meal, not a salad with a meal. This is all about the presentation. It’s not difficult or time-consuming, just a different way to have your salad and main course together.
I call it a Carnivore Salad. We grill a steak, boneless chicken thighs, and a nice piece of salmon for different looks to a Salad as a meal. Grill a piece of tofu to stay vegetarian.

I also show you the way I cut avocados, specifically for presentation, and how to make a very simple, healthy vinaigrette.

Carnivore Salad – Healthy Salad and Protein
Salads are a great way to eat more veggies, but greens alone do not make a satisfying meal. They’ll just leave you feeling hungry. Say goodbye to wimpy greens and “hello” to healthy proteins to power up your healthy salad. Protein-rich foods like chicken, salmon, and steak can beef up even the simplest base of leafy greens. Protein helps to build muscles and sticks around long after you’ve eaten to help you feel full and energized.

Quality meets convenience in this easy main dish. This healthy salad fits right into your weekday lineup with minimal effort and maximum flavor. Prewashed greens let you grab a handful and go. Rotisserie chicken is one of your best supermarket allies for fast and fresh weeknight meals.
