Cook bacon, crumble and set aside
Melt butter in a heavy, large skillet over medium heat.
Add onions; cook for 10 minutes, until caramelized.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove onions from the pan; keep warm.
Combine mayonnaise and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Heat grill to medium.
In a bowl, crumble ground beef
Form into patties, each about 1/4-inch thick.
Use the Grillaholics Burger Press (or form by hand)
Place blue cheese in the center and sprinkle with bacon.
Top with remaining patties; press meat edges to seal.
Grill burgers, over med heat for 5-8 minutes on each side
Top with Colby cheese.
Cover grill and let cheese melt.
Spread bun bottoms with mayonnaise/garlic mixture;
Top with lettuce, burgers, and sauteed onions.
Replace bun tops.
