Hummus is healthy and surprisingly versatile. Hummus has a base of ground chickpeas, olive oil, and tahini. It has origins in the Middle East. Thanks to chickpeas, hummus is rich in protein and is helpful in energy production.

Tahini is made from sesame seeds which are rich in naturally occurring plant compounds called lignans that have been shown to help lower cholesterol and blood pressure. And, of course, there’s olive oil, a great source of antioxidants, healthy fats, and anti-inflammatory compounds.
There are far worse foods you could eat than store-bought hummus. Hummus is very easy to alter. This Cooking Secrets For Men recipe for Curry Hummus Dip just happens to be easy and tasty.
