10 Chimneys Milwaukee. I am excited to report that I have been asked to cater a Garden Party Dinner at the beautiful 10 Chimneys (http://www.tenchimneys.org/) Estate. The date of the event is July 18, 2019. The menu is still being finalized. It will feature some of my favorite dishes that I have prepared over the years.

10 Chimneys is a Milwaukee institution. I encourage those who live in MKE and any visitors to our great city, to make an effort to take a tour of the sprawling estate. It is located in Genesee Depot, WI. I am very excited about doing catering for this event.
I will document the event here on my blog. It will include the prep work in the days preceding the Garden Party. I’ll post the menu and any other relevant info. The event will take place at several location on the estate.
I am going contact MATC here in Milwaukee. They have a Culinary Arts program. I hope to find a student wanting some real life experience. The student will assist with the catering prep and service at the event.

Charlie, Enjoy the event and how fun for you! We “toured” 10 Chimneys many years ago when some friends of ours lived there. They had a theater co. and took us through before it is what it is,now. Honestly, aside from sprucing things up, dusting and cleaning, it looks the same Ken took his Mom there as she had seen Lunt and Fontaine on Broadway, when she was growing up in NYC.
