The Ten Chimney’s (http://www.tenchimneys.org/) Garden Party is scheduled for Thursday July 18 and we have settled on the menu for the event. The following photos are not the actual food, as we will wait until closer to the event to prepare the meal, which is a buffet.
We will start with cocktails and appetizers at the main house. It will be a Charcuterie Board, with meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, etc
We will then move to the pool, where we will set up and serve the buffet.We hope we have selected a fun menu, with tasty entrée’s.
We start with a Garden Salad for the Garden Party.
A Mediterranean Orzo Salad is next.
Main Dishes include a baked Salmon,
Mango Curry Pork Tenderloin
and Chicken Thighs w/Artichoke Hearts, Capers, Peppers & Onions
along with Marinated Grilled Vegetables
We finish with a dessert spread featuring Lemon Squares, Brownies, Mini Cheesecakes and my favorites – Mark’s Chocolates, hand made by neighbor and good friend Mark Darnieder.
Looking forward to the event, prep starts next week.

This is the addendum on how everything turned out...
