Tenuta Adamo Winery
Tenuta Adamo Winery was established in 2020. The focus was on investing in the centuries-old tradition of viticulture, the cultivation or culture of grapes, especially for winemaking. Viticulture is connected to the skilled staff members who work tirelessly during the creative winemaking process every day.

When Tenuta Adamo Winery was envisioned, the focus was on the enhancement of the property. They wanted to move to a more sustainable approach to agriculture and winemaking. Their thesis is that low-impact and organic agriculture leads to higher-quality products and a healthier vineyard.

I grew up in a restaurant family. We love to cook and be creative, and cooking in many ways is the most creative thing I do. I started this blog to share our creations and inspire novice cooks out there to have fun in the kitchen, and maybe even learn something along the way.
