Materials

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 ripe Tomato sliced
  • Grilled Onions
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Ketchup & Mustard
  • Cheese sliced (your choice)
  • Hamburger Buns

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to high, for toasting the buns
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a cast iron pan
  • Form the turkey patties

  • Fry turkey burgers for 4-5 minutes per side

  • Top each burger with your choice of sliced cheese

  • Butter the hamburger buns
  • Toast buns in the oven until they have browned
