Materials

  • 4 lemons halved and juiced
  • 1 bag of cooked shrimp chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes⅕ chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno minced
  • 1 habanero minced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro chopped
  • Salt pepper, and cumin to taste
  • 2 avocados chopped
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • Lime wedge garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, juice the 4 lemons

  • Add the shrimp, tomatoes, garlic, and red onion

  • Add the Jalapeno and Habanero peppers

  • Add salt, pepper, and cumin to taste

  • Add cilantro and fold to combine

  • When ready to serve, top ceviche with avocado
