Large Sheet Pan,

- 2 lb Salmon Fillet skin on whole fillet- to fit a sheet pan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb Asparagus
- 2 Sweet Potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 8 Lemon wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp honey hot honey optional
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Cilantro chopped for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F
Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillet on the sheet pan.
Spread vegetables on a sheet pan. If using potatoes or carrots, roast them for 10–15 minutes before adding the salmon.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and desired herbs.
Top with lemon slices.
Roast for 12–18 minutes, depending on thickness, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
