Grilled Sweet Potato Fries
We parboil the sweet potatoes whole, cut theminto wedges and then finish them on the grill.

- 2 Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Sriracha Dipping Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Mayonaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce
Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Heat grill to medium high
Parboil Sweet Potaoes in the, salted water, until they can be pireced with a fork or knife, about 10-15 minutes
Make the Sriracha Dipping Sauce
Grilling the Sweet Potatoes
Remove Sweet Potatoes from the water and cut into wedges, leaving the skin on
Put wedges in a bowl, toss with olive oil and salt & pepper
Place wedges on the grill. Allow them to get grill marks, about 3-4 minutes
Turn wedges to get grill marks on the other side. No need to get grill marks on the sweet potato skin.
Serve with Sriracha Dipping Sauce
