Materials

  • 1 piece Dakos - Greek Bread
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Preferably fresh Greek olive oil
  • 3 Ripe tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives - pitted and not from a can
  • 1 block Greek Feta Cheese
  • 1 tsp Dry Greek Oregano

Instructions

  • Use a shallow bowl for this Authentic Greek Salad
  • In the shallow bowl, break up Dakos into bite sized pieces
