- 1 pkg Store-bought tortellini any flavor
- 1 cup Chicken stock or broth
- 1 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano or any good parmesan
Boil water in a pan
Add chicken stock or broth
Cook tortellini according to package directions (5-6 minutes)
Drain pasta and ladle into a bowl
Salt and pepper to taste
Top with parmesan
