Materials

  • 1 pkg Store-bought tortellini any flavor
  • 1 cup Chicken stock or broth
  • 1 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano or any good parmesan

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pan
  • Add chicken stock or broth
  • Cook tortellini according to package directions (5-6 minutes)
  • Drain pasta and ladle into a bowl
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Top with parmesan
