- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 lb Ground turkey
- 2 pkgs Taco seasoning for the ground turkey
- 8 oz Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Green onions
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Corn salsa
- 1 cup Pico di gallo
- 1 bag Cheese Doritos
For the Sauce
- 1 8 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 pkg Taco Seasoning for the sauce
For the Ground Turkey
Heat oil in a large skillet
Saute the ground turkey until all the pink is gone
Add 1 package of Taco Seasoning to the meat. Add more seasoning if needed
To Make the Sauce
Combine room temperature cream cheese and sour cream in a large bowl.
Add the Taco seasoning and mix until smooth. If sauce is too thick, add more sour cream.
Assemble the Taco Salad
On a large plate or tray, spoon a layer of the sauce on the bottom of the plate
Layer 1/2 of the taco meat on top of the sauce
Top the taco meat with cheese
Add any toppings or garnishes as you like
Add another layer of sauce, followed by meat, cheese, and final toppings
Serve with chips as a way to scoop the taco salad
