Materials

  • 5 lb spaghetti squash sliced crosswise into 1-inch rings, seeded
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place rings on a sheet pan
