Pasta Chips Antipasto

Pasta Chips are the perfect crunchy snack, easily made in the air fryer or baked in the oven.

Equipment

  • Sheet pan

Materials

  • ½ lb short pasta Farfalle
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • Crushed Red Pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • In a large pot, boil pasta in salted water as per the packet instructions. They should be cooked just over al dente

  • Drain and place into a bowl. Season with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder and chili flakes (optional)

  • Grate the parmesan cheese and mix well so the pasta is coated

  • Place pasta on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Spread the pasta out so that they aren’t overlapping or touching.

  • Bake at 400°F for 17 - 20 minutes until they are golden brown
  • Serve with your favorite sauce, such as marinara sauce or pesto
