- ½ lb short pasta Farfalle
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- Crushed Red Pepper flakes optional
In a large pot, boil pasta in salted water as per the packet instructions. They should be cooked just over al dente
Drain and place into a bowl. Season with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder and chili flakes (optional)
Grate the parmesan cheese and mix well so the pasta is coated
Place pasta on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pasta out so that they aren’t overlapping or touching.
Bake at 400°F for 17 - 20 minutes until they are golden brown
Serve with your favorite sauce, such as marinara sauce or pesto
