- 4` Roma Tomatoes chopped
- 4 Green Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Garlic
- 2-3 Thai Chilis chopped
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp Oilive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Frozen Steamed Dumplings 2-3 per person
Heat the olive oil
Saute tomates, onions, chilis and garlic
Add softened vegetables to the blender
Put chopped cilantro into the blender
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Prepare the steamer
Steam the frozen dumplings for 2-3 minutes
Place steamed dumplings on a platter
Serve with Momo Sauce
