Materials

  • 4` Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • 4 Green Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Garlic
  • 2-3 Thai Chilis chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp Oilive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Frozen Steamed Dumplings 2-3 per person

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil

  • Saute tomates, onions, chilis and garlic

  • Add softened vegetables to the blender
  • Put chopped cilantro into the blender

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth

  • Prepare the steamer
  • Steam the frozen dumplings for 2-3 minutes
