  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 ½ tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ cup chopped mint leaves
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Keto Tzatziki Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Keto Lamb Meatballs Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange in a single layer on the baking sheet and spray with oil.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, mint, and garlic.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
