Homemade Mac and Cheese
Enjoy homemade macaroni and cheese! Three kinds of cheese, combined with sour cream, buttermilk, half and half, and butter.

- 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
- Salt for boiling pasta
- 1 lb Irish Butter
- 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Cheese Soup
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups half & half
- 1 lb Sharp Cheddar Mild Cheddar, Regular Cheddar, White Cheddar
- Pepper to taste
- 1 loaf French Bread warmed
In boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain pasta and place in oven-proof casserole dish
Preheat oven to 350
Melt 8 oz Irish butter and pour over cooked macaroni
Add one can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
Add the sour cream and stir
Next, add the buttermilk and stir to combine
half and half is added next, stir to combine
Add more butter in 1/2" pieces
Add the cheeses and stir into the Mac and Cheese
Top with the remaining cheese, and spread on top
Bake for 30 minutes at 350, or until the top is bubbling
Let sit for 15-20 minutes, warm the bread while waiting
