Healthy No-Bake Protein Balls

- 1.5 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
- ¾ cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup Honey Wildflower
- 1/3 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup Chia seeds
- 1/3 cup Vanilla protein powder.
- Cinnamon as desired to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix ingredients by hand, integrating all the various flavors
Form mixture into golf ball-sized balls. About 1-1 ½ inch size balls
This should make between 10 and 12 Protein Balls.
Cover and put into the refridgerator for 20 minutes
Enjoy these protein balls with some fresh fruit or other low-fat items
Notes - Vanilla extract can be used as a substitute for vanilla powder, using 1 teaspoon of extract for every ½ teaspoon of powder.
You can freeze them - place the balls in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. The protein balls will last in the freezer for up to 3 months.
