Healthy No-Bake Protein Balls

Proteinballs (also called energy balls or protein bites) are popular as a convenient,nutrient-dense snack

Materials

  • 1.5 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey Wildflower
  • 1/3 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla protein powder.
  • Cinnamon as desired to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix Protein balls together
  • Mix ingredients by hand, integrating all the various flavors
  • Form mixture into golf ball-sized balls. About 1-1 ½ inch size balls

  • This should make between 10 and 12 Protein Balls.
  • Cover and put into the refridgerator for 20 minutes
  • Enjoy these protein balls with some fresh fruit or other low-fat items

Notes

Notes - Vanilla extract can be used as a substitute for vanilla powder, using 1 teaspoon of extract for every ½ teaspoon of powder.
You can freeze them - place the balls in a freezer-safe ziplock bag. The protein balls will last in the freezer for up to 3 months.
