Heat the oven for the bread to 400
Heat the salted pasta water
Combine butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl. Set aside for the garlic bread
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large pan
Sauté the onions and the garlic. Make sure not to burn the garlic
Cook the ground turkey (or ground beef) in the same pan
Add Italian seasonings
Add a jar of Marinara sauce
Using the same jar, add wine or water and swirl to get all the sauce out of the jar
Simmer the sauce while you make the bread & pasta
Slice the bread in half, length-wise, and spread the compound butter mixture on both sides
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 400
Cook pasta according to package directions
Finish pasta in the sauce
Top with a basil chiffonade and serve with parmesan cheese and garlic bread
