Double boiler
- ½ lb. sweet chocolate
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate
- 4 eggs separated
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 16 oz Heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Milanos or Pirouettes for serving
Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler.
Beat yolks and gradually add sugar.
Mix yolks, milk and chocolate.
Stir until smooth.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into chocolate.
Beat cream and vanilla.
Fold into chocolate.
Chill.
