Materials
1lbground turkeyor ground beef if you desire
1small white oniondiced
2garlic clovesminced
14.5ozcan of diced tomato
2cans kidney bean
1pkg of Cincinnati Chili Spices
Salt & pepper to taste
4cupschicken or vegetable broth
10ozmacaroni pastaor similar pasta
3cupsshredded cheddar cheese
sour creamfor garnish
chopped cilantrofor garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, cook ground turkey and onions over medium high heat until browned.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder/spices, salt and pepper, and chicken broth.
Stir, and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta, and cook according to package instructions.
Stir in the cheese, and cook for an additional five minutes, or until thickened.

If you can't find the Cincinnati Chili spice pack (usually sold in Kroger stores) use your favorite chili powder, and add cumin, cinnamon, and other spices to taste.
