Servings: 4 people
- 2 cups low-fat ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. nonfat cream cheese at room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Artificial sweetener like Splenda
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix ricotta cheese, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla extract.
Add in eggs and continue to beat until smooth.
Spoon the batter into 4 ramekins and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Top with fresh raspberries and/or blueberries and serve
Can be served warm or chilled
